1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using MelodyLane, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of service

MelodyLane provides smart links, pre-save campaigns, fan email capture, real-time Insights, tracking pixels, custom domains, and related music marketing tools. Features vary by plan: Free includes 1 artist profile; Pro, Studio and Lifetime include 2 artist profiles plus the paid features listed on our pricing section. Studio tools (such as direct app opening, merch cards, fan webhooks and A/B tests) are included only with Studio and Lifetime. We keep improving the service and may update or replace individual features, but we will not remove a paid plan's core benefits without reasonable notice.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use MelodyLane. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Your private Owner Insights link gives access to your link's analytics — do not share it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use MelodyLane to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Distribute malware, spam, or misleading content.
• Harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Interfere with the security or operation of our services.
• Connect a custom domain you do not own or control.

5. Content, fan emails and pixels

You retain ownership of the content you upload, including artwork, links, and the fan emails you collect. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute that content solely to provide our services. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload. When you collect fan emails or add your own tracking pixels, you are responsible for using that data lawfully and only contacting fans who signed up. We never sell your data or your fans' data to anyone — see our Privacy Policy.

6. Payments and plans

Pro and Studio (monthly or yearly) and Lifetime are billed through Stripe. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy. You may cancel Pro or Studio at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If a Pro or Studio subscription lapses, paid features are removed (Studio tools stop showing on your links), but your links stay live on the Free plan. Lifetime is a one-time payment with no renewals: it includes everything in Pro and Studio and new features as they launch, for as long as your account exists and MelodyLane operates the service. Promotional codes may be offered at our discretion and have no cash value.

7. Intellectual property

MelodyLane's name, logo, software, and design are our property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our permission. Your content remains yours.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or harm our service. You may delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

MelodyLane is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MelodyLane shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of MelodyLane after changes means you accept the updated terms.
